SERATEC® PSA Semiquant is an immunochromatographic rapid test for the detection of the Prostate-specific Antigen (PSA) that is a marker of seminal fluid. SERATEC PSA Semiquant is now considered to be an indispensable instrument for criminal investigations in which the question of semen presence has to be answered.

Product Characteristics

  • 40 individually sealed tests in a box with plastic pipettes and 50 mL dilution buffer compatibile with DNA extraction and typing
  • High sensitivity: cut-off at 0.5 ng/mL of PSA
  • Test result after only 10 Minutes
  • Easy in use, minimum training required
